Kétant & Yaw invite you to join them on their third Capetown Photography Excursion. Kétant & Yaw have both visited the mother city multiple times. The mother city has a special place in our hearts and we would love nothing more than to share the experience & this beautiful city with you.

This excursion provides the opportunity for creatives to produce strong, dynamic imagery to add to their professional body of work. This excursion is a collaborative project. our purpose is to organize like-minded professionals together, to learn from each other and enhance their portfolios in one of the most beautiful locations in the world.

This excursion is organized by Kétant & Yaw to provide an inclusive and memorable experience, one that will stay with you for the rest of your life. Cape Town has an amazing selection of models and top agencies. Kétant & Yaw have contacts at some of the top agencies in the Cape Town market.

We will be working with professional models from some of the top agencies in South Africa.

Each individual is responsible for their own flights to Capetown. We recommend using a VPN if you have it on a private tab and searching websites like Skyscanner.com & momondo.com for affordable airfare.

Airport: Capetown International Airport [Code: CPT]

Flights are not included in the above rates. Personal Transportation is not included (This includes uber, taxis, bus, train, etc). Food (apart from scheduled dinner outing), Tourism Expenses, Location Admissions and Personal Expenses are also not included in this rate. The exchange rate is currently 15 Rand to $1, so to be on the safe side we suggest having no less than $600 USD for spending money. You might not spend it all but just to be prepared that’s the amount we suggest.

A Negative PCR Covid Test is no longer required to enter South Africa.

Lodging is included in the rate. We will all be staying together at an amazing private residence in Capetown. Some lodging is double occupancy in the residence. Lodging is subject to change as we will be in Cape Town during the busy season. The Images below are an example of what to expect, this might not be the exact residence we will be staying at, but it will be close.

Cape Town is a major, modern cosmopolitan South African city. As such, it is always advised to exercise the same level of vigilance you would exercise when visiting any major city in the world.

This includes ensuring you follow basic safety tips such as keeping emergency numbers on hand, avoiding carrying large sums of cash and keeping your valuables safe at all times. Cape Town has also been awarded the Safe Travels stamp by the World Travel & Tourism Council for its adherence to internationally-recognized Covid-19 protocols.

The destination is frequently cited as among the world’s best holiday destinations and has a high return visitor rate, anyone who visits Capetown once, falls in love with it, and wants to discover it again.

Waiver of Liability *

This Waiver of Liability releases KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC and its affiliated members from all liability relating to injuries that may occur {during production, on the assignment, photo shoot.}. By clicking this agreement and submitting this booking form, I agree to hold KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in the production. These include but are not limited to physical or mental injury. I understand that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this production. By clicking the agreement below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC or its affiliates for any reason. In return, I will receive the agreed-upon services offered. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions and all laws during the production or excursion. I will ask for clarification when needed.

Cancellation Policy * Cancellation: (a) The Creative will be required to complete a Booking Form, upon receipt of the booking form, KETANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC will send an email as confirmation. Once initial payment has been received the booking will then be considered Confirmed. (b) As a result, once a booking is Confirmed, there are no refunds on sessions. All session rates are immediately applied to your production fees. In the event that the creative must cancel their attendance, they have the option to find another individual to take their spot for the session and take on their payment obligations. (c) In the event of an emergency, the creative may cancel and receive a credit towards another Excursion at a later date. All contributing parties in your session are not employees of KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC (including but not limited to makeup artist, hair stylist, models, wardrobe stylist, designers, assistants, etc.) They are considered independent contractors and NOT included in the Cancellation Policy. * Please type that you agree and acknowledge the Cancellation Policy *

Refund * There are no refunds on Excursion unless the Excursion is cancelled by KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. In the event that the creative must cancel their attendance, they have the option to find another individual to take their spot for the Excursion and take on their payment obligations. (c) In the event of an emergency, the creative may cancel and KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC will offer a credit. That credit will be to the discretion of KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. There is absolutely no refund on lodging, talent booking, transportation booking, or permit fees. This refund policy is on behalf of the travel organizations that KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC works with. This policy is to protect KÉTANT FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY LLC and attendees from additional expenses and to keep the rate as affordable as possible for all attending individuals. * Please type that you have read and agree to the Refund Policy *
